The Challenge

The goal in this instance, was to achieve a 20-30% conversion rate uplift and increase effectiveness of product cross sell with existing customers by selling them another product.

To achieve this Bazaarvoice created two product cross sell campaigns and built personalized experiences across five pages for each campaign.
